Ammaar Nackerdien

Alhamdulillah, I have over 12 years of experience teaching the Qur’an to students of various ages, backgrounds, and ability levels. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of teaching learners from as young as 9 years old to adults over the age of 20.

My experience includes working with complete beginners, students improving their recitation (tajwīd), those memorising the Qur’an (ḥifẓ), and learners seeking to strengthen their understanding and confidence. Alhamdulillah, I also have experience teaching online, including students from the United States, allowing me to adapt my teaching approach to different learning styles and environments.

I strive to create a patient, supportive, and encouraging learning atmosphere, helping each student progress at a pace that suits their individual needs while fostering a love for the Qur’an.
