Free listings need no payment. Premium is the only paid plan — we accept payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). After upgrading, you'll receive our banking details by email. Your upgrade goes live within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Is it really free to list as a teacher?
Yes. Every teacher gets a full profile — photo, bio, subjects and a contact button — completely free, forever. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to Premium for featured placement.
Is it really free to search?
Yes, completely free. Students and parents can browse, filter, and view all teacher profiles with no registration required.
What does Premium add?
Premium gives you a ⭐ Featured badge, priority placement at the top of search results, and a 2-minute video introduction — so more families see and contact you first.
Can I upgrade to Premium later?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard, or email us to request an upgrade and pay by EFT. You pay a pro-rata amount for the rest of the month you upgrade in, and the three-month minimum term then runs over the next three full calendar months.
How long does approval take?
We aim to review all applications within 2 business days. We will contact your references before approving.
Can I cancel Premium?
Premium upgrades taken from 9 October 2026 have a minimum term of three full calendar months, starting on the 1st of the month after you upgrade — the part-month you pay pro-rata for does not count towards it. If you ask to stop sooner, your featured placement and billing run to the end of that term and your profile then reverts to the Free plan. There is no refund and no early-exit fee. If you were already on Premium before that date, nothing changes for you: you can stop at any time. Either way your listing stays live, you simply lose the featured placement.
